We will send your product to you within 1-3 days. We cannot take responsibility for the time that customs might take to investigate your product.
We try to inform you best about the legality of the products in your country, but we see that it's easiest for you yourself to see what are the laws in your country. If customs sends your product back we will return the price of the products but not the sending costs.
If you want to return a product please send us an email at [email protected]. You can only return unused products and you will have to cover the sending costs. If something is wrong with your product we will find a best way to replace your product or return your money.
Products that cannot be returned
The Rapé, the Sananga and all our natural remedies cannot be returned. If you are not sure if you will like the Rapé we recommend you to buy a small quantity first to try. The Sananga is an organic product with no conservants and rarely it might turn off. If this happens within a month after you bought it we will give you either your money back or send you a new one.
